Nepean Synchro swimmers and coaches had a busy weekend of competitions this past February 27-28, 2016.

At the East Regional Championships here in Ottawa, all of our teams, duets and solo earned once again, a rainbow of ribbons and medals for their top 5 finishes in all age categories.  Full results can be found on the Nepean Synchro competitive results page.

In addition, several of our own coaches (Shannon Castledine, Greer Gemin, Michaela Kostron, Laura Mouck, Katheryn Nowell and Deanna Sokoloski, coached by Vanessa Graham) competed at the masters level to a 1st place finish, loudly cheered on by all Nepean Synchro swimmers who were thrilled to see their coaches perform.

In the mean time, across the country at the University of British Columbia, coaches Emma English, Bridget Moore and Lindsay Pinch captured a gold medal for their routine performance with their University of Ottawa team mates, at the Canadian University Synchronized Swimming National Championships.

Way to go Nepean Synchro swimmers and coaches!
