Nepean Synchro has strong presence on Provincial Teams!

Thanks to a very strong showing at the recent Trilliums 12&Under competition, Nepean Synchro is very proud of Maia Barter, Celia Batchelor, Annie Liu and Clara Thomas for being selected to join the 10&U Provincial team. These swimmers were invited to join 13 others from across the province for a 3-day High Performance Training camp, led by Head Coach Delaney Klein with assistant coach - our own Coach Brooke Whitney - in Toronto July 4-6. Annie and Clara were able to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the best national coaches in the country and grow their synchro skills for the 2014-15 synchro season.
The club's own Jade Warren led the way in making the 11-12 Provincial Team and has quite an adventure ahead of her this summer. She will spend three weeks training in Toronto with nine fellow team mates from clubs across the province to learn and perfect a new team routine under the guidance of Head Coaches Jennifer Koptie and Manny Wu. This 11-12 Provincial Team will then be off to Riverside, California, representing Ontario and Canada at the 2014 UANA Pan-American Games, August 10-16, 2014. We wish Jade a safe journey and the very best of luck!
What a wonderful opportunity and accomplishment for all these swimmers. Congratulations!!
