Nepean Synchro teams, duets and solos had a strong showing in Etobicoke at the Hilton Invitational on April 7-9, 2017.  Podium highlights include:

Gold medals: 16-20 team TSL
Silver medals: 10U team TEV, 12 year old team TLP, 11-12 solo Sonia Dunn
Bronze medals: 11-12 duet Sally Ralph and Zoë Rütten , 13 year old team TJT, 13-15 solo Amelia Bennet

In addition, Sarah Lockie and Zoë Rütten qualified to the 11-12 Provincial Team Selection Camp in June.  Good luck at phase 3 trials!
