Welcome to Nepean Synchronized Swim Club website! Nepean Synchro has been ranked number one in Ontario. 

Nepean Synchro is a Not-for-Profit sports club, serving Ottawa and surrounding area and run by a Volunteer Parent Executive.  We offer programs ranging from a Synchro Squirts Recreational program to our Provincial Stream Competitive programs and Masters Team. 

We are extremely fortunate to boast numerous fully-certified and experienced coaches who have contributed to the increasing success of our swimmers over the past decade.  Many of our coaches are former Nepean Synchro athletes who have chosen to remain active in the sport and continue to promote our club’s philosophy to develop well-rounded, disciplined and confident athletes. 

Led by our Head Coach Jessica Graham, our coaches enhance the physical, social and emotional development of our swimmers through participation in synchronized swimming.  Jessica has developed programs to meet the needs of swimmers with varied levels of ability and commitment.   The values our swimmers develop including teamwork, discipline and respect contribute to their achievement of long term life goals, the love of sport and invaluable leadership skills.
