TRY SYNCHRO
Nepean Synchro offers 2 sessions of three classes for Try Synchro at Walter Baker during the summer, for those who are interested in learning what synchro is all about. Minimum Swimmer 4 (or equivalent) required. More information on the Recreational Page.

RECREATIONAL SYNCHRO PROGRAM
The goal of the Recreational Program is to develop new and beginner synchro swimmers’ skills, which will prepare them for the competitive program. The season starts in September and runs through to May and culminates in the Year End Water Show in early May. Recreational swimmers (with the exception of Advanced Recreational) practice once per week. More information on the Recreational Page.

SYNCHRO SQUIRTS
An introductory recreational program designed specifically for swimmers 8 and under! Swimmer 4 level NOT required. More information on the Recreational Page

ADVANCED RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
The Advanced Recreational Program is for swimmers 12 and over who have 2+ years of recreational synchro experience, and would like a greater commitment to synchronized swimming at the recreational level. Additional performance opportunities are offered to the AR teams.  AR swimmers practice 2 hours twice/week from September to May and must be recommended for this program by their coach.  More information on the Recreational Page.

COMPETITIVE SYNCHRO PROGRAM
Qualifying swimmers from the Recreational program will receive an invitation from the club to attend tryouts for the Competitive program. Tryouts take place in late May/early June for the following September. Swimmers from other clubs interested in joining Nepean's Competitive Program may contact the Club President or Head Coach via contact form on the Contact Us page to request further information about swimming for Nepean Synchro. A club representative will contact you.

SUMMER SYNCHRO
For our competitive and new to competitive swimmers, we offer six weeks of 1.5 hour summer synchro sessions, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Walter Baker during late July and August, to keep up synchro skills during the summer months. Attending summer synchro is highly recommended for those swimmers who will be new to competitive in the following season. Summer Synchro is not offered for rec swimmers.
