Recreational program for swimmers 8 and under: 1.5 hour weekly classes Saturdays at Pinecrest Pool, swimmer 4 not a pre-requisite for this special program, low swimmer to coach ratio, more info to come

Nepean Synchro Ranked 3rd in Ontario in 2010

The 2010 Ontario Open Age Group Synchronized Swimming Championships took place in Etobicoke in late May with many Nepean Synchro teams and individuals reaching the podium. Nepean's first ever Tier 6 team competed at Espoir Nationals in Montreal in early June, making it into the finals.

All Nepean Synchro swimmers and coaches should be very proud of their accomplishments this season and we look forward to continued success in the seasons to come.
